Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for products that are:

  • Damaged or defective upon purchase

  • Incorrectly billed or wrong item delivered

  • Expired or not meeting quality standards at the time of sale

Perishable goods such as fresh fruits, vegetables, and dairy items are not eligible for refunds unless there is a clear quality issue reported within 24 hours of purchase.

Return Process

To request a refund, please contact us by email at lotusmart22@gmail.com or call us at (02) 4243 1400 within 3 days of purchase. You will need to provide:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or transaction ID)

  • A clear photo of the product (if damaged or expired)

  • Reason for return or refund

Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Opened or partially used products may not qualify for a refund unless the issue is quality-related.

Refund Method

Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed using the original method of payment. It may take 3–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items
  • Clearance or discounted sale items

  • Opened food packets (unless spoiled or expired)

  • Pooja items and special orders
